Francis has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. During his career he has held a number of senior management positions with major insurers and brokers. He joined one of CCV’s associated broking businesses 8 years ago and is ACII qualified.

Francis is married with two children, both of whom are at university. He is a long suffering Manchester City fan and gains more enjoyment from playing golf.
