Karen has been with CCG since 2005. She has over 30 years experience in the general insurance industry. She is a member of the CCG management team and ensures that the Corporate Team deliver a quality service to CCG Account Executives and more importantly CCG clients.

In her role as Local Compliance Representative, Karen is responsible for the implementation of FSA and CCG's own compliance procedures, undertaking audits to ensure CCG treats all its customers fairly. Karen also acts as the dedicated Account Handler for a number of our largest Corporate clients.

Karen has recently been named as CCV’s Employee of the Year 2010. Karen is a keen follower of Formula 1.
