At CCG we recognise that should you be unfortunate to suffer a claim you will want to settle matters as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Our claims staff are trained in all aspects of claims and will be able to give you advise and guidance to ensure that matters are resolved as speedily as possible.

With motor claims we deal with insurers who operate a network of approved repairers and have direct lines to insurers to speed up repair work. If you have an accident that is not your fault you will receive a courtesy car, free of charge until your own vehicle is returned to you.
